To make this liqueur, the best Ceylon cinnamon is used, also known as “Regina”. According to traditional techniques, cinnamon sticks are processed hot with an infusion of water and brown sugar. After cooling, the mixture thus obtained is filtered and combined with pure good-taste alcohol.
