Pistachio Liqueur Cream - 6 Bottles

The best Sicilian pistachios are used to make this liqueur. Processed hot, they are lightly chopped and toasted just before being dipped in a mixture of brown sugar and whole milk - in order not to disperse the essential oils. After cooling, pure alcohol is added to the filtered mixture.

Pleasant at any time of day, it is an excellent dessert liqueur as a digestive and after a meal. It is also commonly used in the preparation of desserts. Ideal for cocktails.
